While the baseball diamonds may be cooling down, the gymnasium is heating up. In stark contrast to the baseball season’s end, the Rio Linda Volleyball team is just getting started. On Wednesday, the Knights head to Sierra for a high-stakes playoff matchup.
The pressure of the postseason is a different beast entirely. Every serve carries the weight of the season, and the Knights will need to find their rhythm early to silence a tough Sierra crowd.
