Rio Linda’s A-1 Storage Partners with National Firm for Service Upgrade


RIO LINDA, CA—A-1 Storage, a fixture in the Rio Linda community for decades, announced a new management partnership this week designed to bring state-of-the-art resources and enhanced service to its local customers. The facility is now professionally managed by StoragePRO Management, a national third-party provider known for its innovation and focus on customer service since 1975.

Management stressed that while the facility is gaining new resources, the local, trusted service will remain. The facility ownership and the dedicated on-site management team will stay the same.

“This partnership allows us to blend the personal service our customers rely on with the advanced technology and expanded support of a national leader,” Rio Linda Online publisher John Todd stated. “Our customers will still see the same friendly faces, but their experience will be enhanced with top-tier resources.”

Key Changes Effective January 1, 2026

Customers of A-1 Storage should note several important updates taking effect on January 1, 2026:

New Rent Due Date Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. Existing customers should prepare for the change in the billing schedule.
Simple Payments Customers can now enroll in AutoPay—a free and secure option that automatically drafts rent from a card. Visit www.storagepro.com and click “Pay Bill” to set up AutoPay and avoid late fees. (Draft dates can be set up to the 10th).
Tenant Protection Accounts will be automatically enrolled in StoragePRO’s Property Protection Plan for $17 per month, providing $3,000 in coverage. Contact the office with any questions about coverage options.
Lease Agreement A new StoragePRO Lease Agreement is now in effect to ensure consistency. Customers are required to review and digitally sign the new agreement at: https://renter.link/is8sq
